This is the compensation application survey related to the guidance confusion regarding the [2026 ATEEZ FANMEETING ~DAWN:26~] held on January 17.

Please note that the survey schedule may vary depending on the standard time of each country and region, so we kindly ask you to verify the applicable period before submitting your response.
 


[Compensation Eligibility]
Audience members who attended the fan meeting with NOL tickets (Fanclub/General Reservation)
※ Please note that reservation information may be required to verify eligibility.

[Application Procedure]
- Partial refund: 30% of the ticket price
- 1 Lenticular Postcard
- 1 Photocard Set
※ Please note that the previously planned benefit of a mirror has been replaced with a photocard set due to potential damage during delivery.

[Application Procedure]
- Application period: January 21, 2026 (Wed) – January 27, 2026 (Tue) 23:59 (KST)
※ If the submitted information is incomplete or incorrect, processing of the refund and shipping may be delayed or become unavailable.
※ The survey can be edited during the submission period.

[Refund & Shipping Schedule]
After the survey closes, all submissions will be reviewed and verified.
Refunds will be processed in batches, and benefits will be shipped sequentially thereafter.

Q. If two tickets were purchased together, who should complete the survey?

To ensure accurate processing of two-ticket purchases, the reservation number input field has been updated.
If you purchased two tickets, you must enter the reservation number for each ticket separately.
 ( Ex: T1234567890, T1234567891 )
The survey can be edited freely at any time during the application period.

Due to the structure of the reservation and entry system, it is not possible to verify companion information or process refunds on a per-ticket-holder basis.
Therefore, compensation will be processed based on the original ticket purchaser.

Accordingly, please complete the survey under the name of the ticket purchaser.
The name of the ticket purchaser and the name of the refund account holder must match exactly. However, the name of the compensation item recipient may be different.
If the submitted information is incomplete or does not match, refund and shipping may be delayed or unavailable.


Q. I purchased two tickets. How should I enter the reservation numbers to receive compensation for both tickets?

To ensure accurate processing of two-ticket purchases, the reservation number input field has been updated.
If you purchased two tickets, you must enter the reservation number for each ticket separately.
 ( Ex: T1234567890, T1234567891 )

The survey can be edited freely at any time during the application period.
If any reservation number is missing or incorrect, refund and shipping may be delayed or unavailable.


Q. Is a refund possible if the ticket purchaser’s name and the bank account holder’s name are different?

For accurate refund processing and personal data protection,
the ticket purchaser’s name and the bank account holder’s name must match exactly.

If the names do not match, the refund cannot be processed.
Please ensure that the bank account information is correct before submitting your refund request.


Q. I purchased two tickets. Will both tickets be eligible for partial refunds?

A partial refund of 30% of the purchase price will be issued per ticket.
Therefore, if you purchased two tickets, each ticket will receive a 30% partial refund.

However, both reservation numbers must be entered for both refunds to be processed.

If only one reservation number is entered, the partial refund will apply only to that ticket.


Q. I purchased two tickets. Will I receive two compensation items?

Compensation items are provided one per ticket.
Therefore, if you purchased two tickets, you can receive two compensation items.

However, both reservation numbers must be entered for both items to be shipped.
If only one reservation number is entered, compensation will be provided only for that ticket.


Q. What format should be used when entering a contact phone number?

Please enter a phone number where you can be contacted, including the country code and hyphens.
 ( Ex: +82 010-0000-0000 )


Q. Is international shipping available?

International shipping is available, and no additional shipping fee is required.
For international deliveries, please enter your shipping address accurately in English.

Depending on each country’s customs regulations, additional taxes or customs clearance fees may apply, and such charges may be imposed based on the destination country.
