We would like to provide information regarding the 「2026 ATEEZ FANMEETING ~ DAWN:26 ~」Membership Pre-sale Survey.
Those who wish to participate in the Membership Pre-sale, please review the details below.

☞ NOL Ticket General Ticket Information

[ Membership Presale Survey ]

- Participation Period: December 15, 2025 (Mon) 5PM (KST) – December 17, 2025 (Wed) 11:59 PM (KST)
- Application Eligibility: ATINY MEMBERSHIP holders before the date of November 12, 2025 (Wed) 11:59:59 PM (KST)
- How to Participate: Click on participate at the bottom of the current survey → Apply according to the application time and form 2 PM

December 19, 2025 (Fri) 2 PM (KST) – December 21, 2025 (Sun) 11:59 PM (KST)

- NOL Ticket Membership Pre-sale :
December 19, 2025 (Fri) 7 PM (KST) – December 21, 2025 (Sun) 11:59 PM (KST)
 

[ IMPORTANT NOTICE ]

- Customers with Japanese nationality cannot purchase fan meeting tickets through NOL Ticket or attend the event. 
- If you wish to participate in the Membership Presale, you must join the membership and complete the required survey.
- The Membership Presale is a benefit exclusively offered to ATINY MEMBERSHIP holders.
After submitting the survey, if your membership expires or you withdraw from the membership, you may be excluded from presale eligibility.
* Please make sure to check your membership expiration date before submitting the pre-sale survey.
* Even if your membership was valid until November 12, if you are due for renewal and the renewal payment is not completed, your membership will be regarded as expired and you will not be able to participate in the survey.
- Presale eligibility requires maintaining an active membership through the day of the concert. Once your presale application is confirmed, the membership payment cannot be canceled or refunded.

- The personal information of the TOKTOQ account you use to participate in the Membership Presale Survey must match the member information on your NOL Ticket account.
If any of the information does not match, you may be unable to participate in the presale or enter the event. Please ensure all information is entered accurately.
- Only one TOKTOQ account (that has completed the pre-sale survey) can be verified per one NOL Ticket ID under your name.
- Your name must be entered either in Korean or English only.
For non-Korean members, please enter your English name exactly as shown on your passport or Alien Registration Card, including spelling, order, capitalization, and spacing.

- The survey is not first-come, first-served, and each person may participate once during the survey period.
- After submitting the survey, you may edit your information within the survey period, but no modifications can be made once the period ends. Please review your information carefully before submitting.
- After the survey period and NOL Ticket pre-sale verification period end, no additional submissions or verifications will be accepted for any reason. Please make sure to check the deadlines.
- To successfully participate in the pre-sale, you must complete both of the following steps.
Failure to complete both steps may result in exclusion from the pre-sale eligibility.
① Submit the TOKTOQ Pre-sale Application Survey → ② Complete NOL Ticket pre-sale eligibility verification on the ticketing page
- NOL Ticket pre-sale verification for Membership Pre-sale applicants requires two pieces of information:
  1) TOKTOQ Membership Number
  2) Name entered in the survey submission

- Please note that we are not responsible for any inability to participate in the Membership Presale due to personal mistakes (such as typos or missing the survey period), and membership refunds cannot be issued in such cases.
- Presale survey and ticketing schedules may differ depending on the local time zone of each country/region. Please make sure to check the schedule carefully.
