Only Membership holders that submit the ‘Membership Presale Survey’ within the Survey period will be eligible to participate in the Membership Presale.

[ IMPORTANT NOTICE ]

1) If you want to participate in the Membership Presale, you must complete the survey after signing up for the membership.

2) The Membership Presale is a special benefit exclusively offered to official members for ATEEZ concerts.

 If your membership expires after completing the survey but before the presale period, you may be excluded from the presale eligibility.

* Please make sure to check your membership expiration date before participating in the Survey.

* If you delete or withdraw from the TOKTOQ platform after submitting the Survey, you will also be excluded from the presale eligibility.

3) The Survey will be open for a limited period. Participation will not be possible after the Survey period. If you do not submit the Survey during the given period, you will not be able to participate in the ‘Membership Presale’.

4) The Survey can be modified during the Survey period, but changes cannot be made after the deadline. Please fill out the Survey very carefully.
 

5) Your TOKTOQ MEMBERSHIP NUMBER will serve as the presale code for this exclusive presale. Please enter this MEMBERSHIP NUMBER when purchasing membership presale tickets.

6) Please make sure to check the right time and date for different time zones when participating in the Membership Presale Survey.

7) If membership verification fails or you are unable to participate in the Membership Presale due to typos or errors in the survey information, please note that the membership fee is non-refundable.
