Information on Eximbay, a payment service provider for 'TOKTOQ'

As of today, we have received information from the payment service provider Eximbay and the solution provider BMF, regarding the data leakage of private card data due to a malicious code attack on Eximbay.

We understand and recognize the seriousness of the issue for 'regular payment' customers who have been affected by the data leaks. As such, ‘regular payment’ product sales have been suspended for a time period and 'Toss Payments' will be introduced as an additional payment method. Reviews and checks regarding the implementation of the solution provider BMF are ongoing as the integration is completed. We will do our best to apply the integrations as soon as possible for smooth service use.

 

With the exception of ‘regular payments’ made through Eximbay, payment for products in the TOKTOQ SHOP will be carried out as single payments for the time being. We are planning to provide services for ‘regular payment’ in the future through ‘Toss Payments’. Please note, the single payment transaction types listed below are available and safe to use.
