Notice for editing the ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] MEMBERSHIP personal information survey. Please check below for more details.

Q. On the survey, I wrote the user information incorrectly OR input it using the wrong format.

A. We will provide a date/time period for when the [ATINY MEMBERSHIP] personal information survey can be revised.

Please check the given date and time below, so that you can edit the personal information survey accordingly.

※ How to Edit: Access the [ATINY MEMBERSHIP] personal information survey page and edit the necessary details.

★ ★ Precautions When Filling Out the Survey★ ★ 

- After purchasing the membership, the information given on the personal information survey (name, date of birth) and the information on the ID card (name, date of birth) must match.

- For foreigners, the middle name is not mandatory for the order information, but please note that when you input your user information for the personal information survey, your name must match/align with the name written on your ID and/or passport.

- Input date of birth as 6 digits (ex.981117), include the '-' dash symbol when inputting the phone number

Q. I input my Daum Official Fancafe ID as the Platform ID on the survey.

A. The ATEEZ Official Platform ID and the Official Fancafe ID are separate.

Please input the ATEEZ Official Platform ID (the @email address you used) that you registered with.

Q. The email I used to register for the ATINY 3rd Term and the ATINY Membership are different.

A. Reservation numbers (identification numbers starting with Y) for ATINY 3rd Term are being collected for verification,  so the emails for the ATINY 3rd Term and the ATINY membership do not have to match. There will be no disadvantages from the difference in emails used for the previous registration.

Q. Can I change the order information?

A. The order information cannot be changed. After registering for the membership, please make sure to fill out all the information from your ID accurately on the personal information survey
* To receive the membership benefits, the survey information (name, date of birth) / ID information (name, date of birth) must match.

Q. Can I get a refund if I [Cancel Recurring Payment] for my membership?
A. If you cancel the membership, the next recurring payment will not be processed. Even if you cancel the recurring payment now, you will still have your 12-month access (or applicable number of active months left) to the ATINY MEMBERSHIP.
