My sannie, dont listen to those people who say they're your fans when they are clearly not. No one should react the way they did for those things that were not important. They always get their way as korean fans which is very silly and disrespectful to you artists. I think the company should do better in protecting you against those foul mouthed people, they are clearly NOT your fans! International atiny is never taken to account when there are real problems so I do not understand why you apologised over something so insignificant. KQ need to know that korean fans can sometimes overstep their boundaries and that is NOT OKAY! Instead of acknowledging them ignore them or even better try blacklisting/sueing them for defemation and sasaeng behaviour and more. They do so much bad stuff and that they do not get called out for it but for such stupid stuff they have you act like you've done something wrong and expect apologies and gifts. They are not entitled to do so. If they do not like you they do not have to be a fan, no one is forcing them and I don't think the company should think that you have to work hard for them to stay because you can always make more better fans, new fans come along the journey and actually support you.
