This is a notice regarding the TOKTOQ 'Digital Membership Card'.

*The design of the digital membership card and the membership expiration date will be updated at a later time.


 

[Membership Number]

  • The digital membership card will be provided to all members.
  • The physical card is available only to those who purchase the membership kit. As a result, the membership numbers on the digital card and the physical card will be different.


 

[Name]

  • The name you provided on the order information when purchasing your membership will be reflected on your digital membership card in sequential order.
  • When signing up for membership, if the name on the order information contains numbers or special characters, the name will not be displayed on the card.
    If your name is not displayed on the card, please contact us through [ATEEZ Official Platform > Customer Center > FAQ 1:1 Inquiry].

※ Digital membership cards are used to verify your ID information at online and offline sites that require identity and membership verification. Please provide the same information as on your ID card.

※ If someone else's information that differs from the ATINY membership purchaser’s details is input, it will be considered as stolen or transferred, and membership privileges may not be granted.

 ex. Membership Order Information [KIM TINY] -> Membership Card Information [PARK TEEZ]


 

[Date of Birth and Phone Number]
 

  • For members who subscribed before 10AM on May 23rd (Thur)
    Starting from May 23rd (Thur), you will only need to enter your date of birth/phone number once to avoid issues such as typos in the order information.


  • How to fill in: Login > MY > My Membership > View Membership Details > Membership Information > input Date of Birth / Phone Number (applied immediately to digital membership card after filling in)



 

  • Please make sure all the information you input is done so accurately, as once it is submitted, it cannot be further modified for any reason.
  • If you sign up or renew your membership after 10AM on May 23rd (Thur), the membership information you provide at the time of payment will be reflected on your card as is.
