LIFE UPDATE// POST: I ain't been on here in a while I've been working late every day but I'm at my parents house down South for 3 days and relaxing and Fireworks came on, so I came here to bother y'all ❤️ I know y'all are used to it, but I can't do 15+ hour days on repeat. Work has required that of me a whole lot lately... and honestly... You guys are built different. I don't know how y'all literally don't pass out every other day. Anyways, I almost burned out but I caught myself right before it happened. Congratulations on everything lately 🖤🏴‍☠️ I've been still celebrating in the side but not as vocally since life is extremely busy and time is limited. You know how it is. BUT our Community food initiative is going well. ATINYs across NYC have been making sure people don't go hungry! I made a bunch of Mac and cheese for people. Homemade of course! 🫡 there's been a lot more ATINY events and classes too. More soon there but @/atinynewyorkcity on Instagram has more of what we have been up to! I hope you guys are taking great care of yourself. Something I want to remind everyone is to keep looking for inspiration when things get repetitive. I know you say ATINY is the reason you keep going and although that may be true (even though it's an 'idol' answer 😃), I hope you continue to explore the places you visit when you can, try new things and get strength from new experiences. The world is huge, culture is rich and people everywhere are curious. I'm realizing the same more too. I'm going to Guatemala next year for 10 days and learning Spanish for that trip too mainly to gain inspiration and also learn from the locals directly about their culture. I say this to say, friends that have a similar job to you have told me when fame and this type of job gets monotonous, it gets really hard to not get burnt out and just go through the motions or get tunnel vision. Inspiration will drive creativity and spark new ideas and ways of doing the job. Hongjoong has done a fire fashion collection so I know you guys may already know what I'm saying... but I had a feeling that I should type this out today. Don't get sick this winter okay?
