maybe it's bc of the way i pick up/read energy and all of that, but no one in ateez has ever, at any point, come across as scary or intimidating. protective when need be? absolutely. but never anything negative. they all give off the warmest energy, and the fact that it usually takes me a while to put guards down and yet i instantly felt safe that they were people to trust should speak volumes. i feel like people (in general) are too quick to put perceived outward appearance into boxes, judging on whether someone fits into their idea of "good" or "bad". having a fierce side isn't a bad thing, especially when channeled the way ateez does it. their fierce presence on stage has always felt free, like innately embodying a force of nature. it's awe inspiring, not something fearful. wherever this all started and whoever implies any negativity towards ateez in this aspect or any other, i hope ateez always stay true to themselves. confidence and standing up for oneself is not arrogance. they are all genuinely beautiful individuals, outside and within, and i hope they never feel like they have to crush themselves into moulds they were never meant to fit. obviously there will always be things kept private, as it should be and as should be respected. but for what they have shown and are open about, those of us who do see that truth love and accept them as they are and encourage their growth to be their best selves they can be. just as we all should strive for. love you hongjoong, seonghwa, san, mingi, yeosang, wooyoung, yunho, and jongho. you as yourself always has been and always will be enough. keep being you, and those who were meant to stand by your side will be there. 💚 #ateez #에이티즈 #hongjoong #홍중 #seonghwa #성화 #yunho #윤호 #yeosang #여상 #san #산 #mingi #민기 #wooyoung #우영 #jongho #종호 #larknotes
