Fromm. My personal opinion. Only use my name in a message if it's actually written by you and sent just to me. If this never happens, that's fine. You have a lot of fans and you're busy. I don't expect it. If its a generic, pre-planned message, sent to all of your subscribers, leave the name off. It's not required and makes me, personally, feel like I'm talking to a bot.
