Seonghwa I hope you know you are so loved by so many of us. We look up to you so much. I get really frustrated when i cant come up with a solution for your concerns. I dunno how to help you. Things that i like to do when i feel energyless is read ( and i get that u said reading kinda makes u sleep. It does for me too bt im obsessed with reading. Have been since 14 yrs of age. 12 yrs later im still the same) anyways.. to overcome the sleepiness you need to find a genre of book that you love, the kinda book where you dont mind the slow process of getting into the novel/non-fic until u get hooked and then next thing u know you are turning page after page unable to stop. Thats what reading does to me. And for me its like .. no matter how much i love reading, whenever i pick up a new book, sometimes the first few chapters goes so slow that i get bored and sleepy. You just need to power through until u get hooked.
also do you like pottery ? I dunno if you have time for such things, but if you are interested then you can sign up for pottery classes or just go to a studio to see how it works. What else... there's microgardening. Its like a mini farm ? You can do it in your apartment balcony ( you can try microgreens and eat it !) Again i dunno if u have time for such things. Im just randomly suggestings things. 😭 im not worried per se cause i know you will be okay.. like i trust that you will take care of yourself.. but i (and atinys) wanna be of help because you and teezers have helped us so much. I hope you dont toss and turn at night about this and sleep well. Everyone goes through a slump.. so i hope u can keep going and then one day you fully feel like yourself again. Very soon ! Until then just know that we love you, and that you are an inspiration to many. Not only cause you are hard working and talented. But also because you share these things.. when you are feeling confused or down, or having an off day for no reason, because you share such things, it makes you so f*cking real and genuine.
