So... couldn't watch/ listen to San's last Pop, because it was "preparing replay" for 48 hours, and now the "replay time has ended". So what ? This is paid content and I can't even access to what I paid for. Send 2 messages to customer service, nothing was done and it hasn't been fixed . So disappointing 🙄 #kq
