ATINY💕 I'm not sure how to start this, but I hope this gets to those who needs it. Sometimes, we go through things in life - whether it's emotionally, mentally, physically and/or financially. Things happen. Sometimes it could be in your control, sometimes it can't. Sometimes we hurt a little, and sometimes we hurt greatly and deeply. Pain is pain - no matter the depth. It's okay to hurt. It's okay to cry when you need to. It's okay to reach out. It's okay not to be okay. I hope you're able to let go of things that are not in your control, but if you're able to, focus on things that are in your control. I hope you allow yourself to hurt without being so hard on yourself. None of us are completely perfect, but that's perfectly okay. I hope you're able to pick yourself up after. Find and surround yourself with even the littlest things that bring joy to your life. Go outside, take a walk, take a breather, treat yourself to a nice meal, treat yourself to coffee or tea, enjoy the view with good music that speaks to your soul, and just take some time to relax and give yourself a break.
